All orders are shipped from Perth, Australia. We only ship Australia wide.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. After the 1-day processing period, orders may take 1-10 business days to arrive.

We use Australia Post to ship all orders fast and securely.

We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • Shipping times are guidelines and may change. During peak periods such as sales, promotional events, public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen postal service issues, delivery times might be slightly longer.
  • The courier will Safe Drop your parcel if it is considered safe. However, Safe Drop isn't always possible as it depends on your address type, weather, and visibility to passing traffic, etc.
  • The easiest way to track your deliveries is with the Australia Post mobile app. You'll receive expected delivery dates, local service updates, and notifications about any changes.

 
IMPORTANT TIPS WHEN GIVING YOUR ADDRESS

 
Please make sure your address is correct before confirming your order to avoid any issues. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as it may already be processed. It's your responsibility to ensure all details are correct when ordering. If you notice a mistake, please email us immediately. If we haven’t processed your order yet, we'll make the change for you. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

 

Please ensure you provide a shipping address where someone can accept the parcel during business hours, Monday to Friday. If no one is present during the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at the address if it is deemed safe to do so, or they will take it to the nearest collection point or AusPost office. You are responsible for picking up the parcel from the designated location.

 

Diilara is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 
Diilara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless it happens during transit (before it is delivered at your address). That's why we offer tracked shipping for all parcels, so you can know it is delivered by checking the status "Delivered" or "Completed." Collect your parcel ASAP to avoid a stolen package.
